Changes also include the modification of code violation G71, For driving through the land roads where garitas or toll infrastructure are installed without paying the amount of the toll. The fault is considered serious and the sanction includes a fine of 8 % of the ITU (S/412), 40 points in the driver history and vehicle retention.
Additionally, obligations are established to drivers, related to the use of marked lane, according to the form of toll payment that is chosen (manual or electronic); and concessionary entities or companies, which They must signal the telepeage lanes.
