The main objective is for requests to be handled more quickly and securely. To this end, a set of functionalities will be offered for managing in-person or remote customer service services. The platform will make it possible to send scanned documents, in addition to monitoring or rescheduling appointments.

The platform will also offer the Ministry of Labor and Employment greater control and security in service, as protocols will be authenticated on the Gov.br platform, and will integrate electronic processes and task execution.

The services that will be available to citizens on the platform are: requesting the annual list of social information (RAIS), scheduling and clarifying doubts about the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS), in addition to requests about the General Registry of Employed and Unemployed (Caged). Scheduling and clarification of doubts about salary bonuses, professional registration and scheduling and unemployment insurance are also provided.
