He Ministry of Labor informs employers that there will be an extension until next January 31, to comply as established by art. 15 of Regulation 258-93for the application of Labor Code.
Please remember that during renewal it is essential to update the company and establishment data in order to complete the registration in the system.
Likewise, it is required that the document be registered through the Virtual Office of the Ministry of Labor at its electronic address. ovi.mt.gob.do.
Once this period has expired, the Labor Inspectors may file violation reports against those employers who have not complied with the registration of the aforementioned document.
