He Ministry of Labor extended until January 31, 2026 the delivery of the Permanent Personnel Form (DGT-3), a document in which employers must register at their permanent staff and renew it in the first 15 days of each year, in compliance with the Regulation 258/93 for the application of the labor code.
The institution has decided to grant this period so that employers can update the data of their companies, establishments and workers, as well as complete the registration in the Integrated Personnel Registration Systema procedure considered essential in the renewal.
He article 15 of the Regulation 258/93 requires employers to provide a certified staff relationship that is employed on a permanent basis for an indefinite period of time or for a specific work or service.
According to this standard, employers must indicate the salary corresponding to each worker, their name, nationality, occupation, number and series of the identity card of worker and their sex.
How to perform the registration or renewal?
The document must be registered through the electronic address ovi.mt.gob.do. Workers must be registered in the establishment where they are providing their services.
Once employers validate that the information contained in the form is correct, they must proceed to carry out the corresponding payment through one of these two ways:
- Make a electronic transaction with credit or debit card
- Acquire a PIN in one of the Local Labor Representations and proceed with the definitive registration.
