The Republic President, peter castlepointed out that, This Tuesday, February 8, the members of the new ministerial cabinet will be sworn in. This was announced by the president during the swearing-in ceremony of the Board of Directors of the National Assembly of Regional Governments (ANGRPERÚ 2022). Likewise, he mentioned that next Wednesday the 9th the first session of the Council of Ministers will be held with its new work team.
“In a few hours today we are going to swear in the new ministerial cabinet with this commitment that we look at the regions (…) tomorrow we have our first session of the Council of Ministers with our new cabinet”, Castillo Terrones told the press.
Prior to the announcement, the president had held a series of meetings with various political personalities, including roger najar (with whom he held a meeting of almost three hours) and the parliamentarian of Together for Peru, Sigrid Bazan.
This new ministerial team would be the president’s fourth in more than six months of government. The first was led by Guido Bellidothen followed by Mirtha Vasquez and, finally, with a very brief period, that of the congressman Hector Valer.
