It should be noted that with a view to generating effective mechanisms to achieve common goals and boost cooperation agendas that tend to increase reciprocal relations, the Venezuela-Syria Parliamentary Friendship Group was recently officially installed in the Federal Legislative Palace.
The president of the group, deputy Imad Saab Saab, stressed that through parliamentary diplomacy between Syria and Venezuela all the conditions will be generated so that commercial, cultural and political relations are successfully achieved.
He added that there is the possibility of generating jobs in common through the commercial exchange of import and export of products, in favorable conditions for both countries.
Likewise, he said that the possibility of exchanging points of view with the sister nation regarding the current international political scenario is anticipated, since Venezuela and Syria share situations of aggression by the United States Government through the measures unilateral coercion.
The Venezuela-Syria Friendship group is made up of deputy Imad Saab Saab as president and deputy Anuar Younese Maali as vice president. The rest is made up of deputy Robert Sandoval and deputies Nancy Ascencio, Geraldina Parada, Verushcka Silva and Fayruz Bazzi.
