The Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, Esther Dweck, explained, on Sunday night (5), after the application of the objective tests of the second edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU 2025) that safety and fairness were significantly enhanced and that actions to combat fraud were effective and timely.Minister says security measures at CNU 2 were effective

According to the minister, the success of the security operation in this unified contest is a direct result of the actions implemented since the first edition, in 2024. This allowed the federal government to share information with the Federal Police and other security forces.

She also emphasized that the cases of fraud or involvement of identified gangs were punctual and do not indicate a widespread problem in the contest.

Last Thursday (2), an operation of the Federal Police dismantled a gang that defrauded the CNU.

“The operation took place this week was very important because this gang was disrupted before the race, which helps it did not act today and that also coils others, because, if they do, they will be punished.”

Security measures

The minister highlighted the following security measures that made this edition of CNU 2025 safer than the past edition:

  • Metal Detector: It was used in all doors of the specimens, not just in the bathrooms, to prevent the entry of electronic devices;
  • Electronic Point Detector: It was available to security forces in all cities to be used in suspicion cases;
  • Tests identified with barcode: each test was unique and fully differentiated by a candidate through a barcode. This means that if a feedback leaked, it would be possible to track the origin of the leaked test to the specific candidate;
  • Feedback Confidentiality: There is no immediate identification in the test that allows to know what the feedback is. In the latter case, only at 10 am on Monday (6), candidates will meet the official templates of their respective test book.

Next Steps

According to the CNU Noticea Preview of objective test templates will be released on Monday (6). The test book will also be released tomorrow.

Candidates will have October 7 and 8 to file any resources against issues or templates.

The official schedule of the event provides for the disclosure of the final notes of objective tests and the call for the second phase of CNU 2025 on November 12.

On this same date, there will be the call to evaluate securities and for the procedures for verifying the condition declared in the act of registration (racial quotas) and characterization of disability (PCD).

The discursive test will be applied on December 7. According to the calendar, the preliminary result of the discursive will come out on January 23rd.
