A total of 250,542 professionals with a teaching degree or a degree in Education will take the national exam for the 2024 Public Teaching Career Entrance Exam, which will take place this Friday, August 30 and Sunday, September 1, 2024.

The Minister of Education, Morgan Quero, explained that, due to the large number of registered students, theThe applicants have been distributed over two dates to ensure an orderly and transparent process.
“This selection process is a fundamental pillar in the construction of a quality education, based on the objective and equitable evaluation of the professional merits of teachers”he noted.
The tests applied on each date, which will last 2 hours and 30 minutes, will be different to guarantee the integrity of the evaluation process. At the end of each test, candidates will be able to take the question booklets.
The Ministry of Education (Minedu) recommends that applicants check in advance the date and location of the evaluation that has been assigned to them, in order to make arrangements regarding travel time and the availability of transportation, in order to avoid setbacks on the day of the test. Entry to the assessment facilities will be permitted only from 7 to 8 am and will be exclusive to registered applicants, who must attend carrying only their ID or foreigner’s card.
