The Constitution Commission of the Congress archived the constitutional reform project presented by the Executive Power to submit to a referendum the call for a constituent assembly to prepare a new Political Constitution.
The vote concluded with 11 votes in favor of the filing ruling and 6 against, after a previous question raised by the spokesman for Peru Libre, Waldemar Cerrón, was rejected by a similar vote (10 votes against, 6 in favor and one vote). abstention).
