Minister Yarza defended herself against the accusation of electoral interventionism and assured that what they were talking about there and what she was proposing was that health workers “are monitors and we must accompany the doubts that people have in matters of health.” She added that therefore they must explain what the right to health means and what a universal system means, ruling out that she had alluded to the approval of the proposed constitutional text.
