They sign an agreement for the use of the Sigef system, with which the execution of public spending is sought to be transparent

The construction of the monorail in Santiagothe cable car and social subsidies are the reasons why the Ministry of the Presidency has a greater allocation of resources in the budget project for 2023, justified yesterday the Minister of Finance, jochi vincent.

“What happens is that the budget of the Presidency has nothing more than a small item of RD$20,000 million, which is the monorail of Santiago and the cable car,” he explained.

He said that the other part, due to which the resources were increased, has to do with social subsidies, that is, the theme of the Supérate Program.

Vicente spoke after signing an agreement with the Ombudsman, Pablo Ulloa, for him to use the Financial Management Information System (Sigef), with which it becomes the first constitutional body that executes its budget online through this tool.
