Minister of Court: shortlist election remains in the fourth intermediate

Council Members They resolved this Monday to declare a fourth intermission in the Ordinary Session for the study of the integration of the short list of candidates for the position of Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice, until tomorrow Tuesday March 13 at 09:00 hours.

From hours of the morning of this Mondaythe members of the Council analyzed and deliberated the results of the previous stages of evaluation, of the 36 candidates for the position of Minister of the Court, vacancy left by Antonio Fretes, who reached 75 years of age.

The first candidate to achieve the necessary 6 votes is Gustavo Santander. The remaining two that will make up the shortlist have yet to be defined.

Once the shortlist is agreedit will be sent to the Chamber of Senators, within a period of three days. Subsequently, the President of the Republic will be in charge of providing the constitutional agreement.
