The admission commission of the Plurinational Constitutional Court (TCP) rejected the action of specific unconstitutionality raised by the defense of former president Jeanine Áñez, according to the Minister of Justice, Iván Lima, who also He urged that the Second Sentencing Court now issue its final ruling.

“The Constitutional Court has ruled this afternoon regarding the specific unconstitutionality action on the crimes for which Mrs. Áñez is tried, which are resolutions contrary to the laws and breach of duties; has been rejected by the admission commission, at this time the Court can reinstate the trial”, Minister Lima said at a press conference.
