Through a statement, the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), Tarek William Saab, confirmed that in view of the incriminating statements issued by Minister Burlich and Chancellor Gerardo Werthein, these officials have been identified as persons of interest in the investigation, therefore they will be incorporated into the case.
In the letter, the FGR indicated that it will be up to the national Justice System to evaluate all these elements to issue its verdict.
Likewise, Saab said that the erratic behavior of the Argentine government until now only demonstrates its connection with this aggression against Venezuela that was deactivated, in reference to the Argentine gendarme Nahuel Agustín Gallo who is being prosecuted for links to terrorist actions in Venezuela.
“The notoriety given by the high Argentine authorities to Gallo’s arrest is directly related to the fact that the investigations carried out by the Venezuelan auxiliary justice bodies reveal that Minister Burlich herself appears in the chain of command of the group of terrorists sent from Argentina. and this is stated in the file,” the statement says.

Response from Attorney General Tarek William Saab to Minister Patricia Bullrich
The Argentine citizen Nahuel Gallo is subject to criminal proceedings because there is evidence that implicates him in serious acts that threaten the security of the Nation.
It will be through the corresponding judicial process where the evidence collected will be contrasted with the allegations that he and his defense may make.
The notoriety given by the high Argentine authorities to Gallo’s arrest is directly related to the fact that the investigations carried out by the Venezuelan auxiliary bodies of justice reveal that Minister Burlich herself appears in the chain of command of the group of terrorists sent from Argentina and This is stated in the file.
Minister Bullrich must respond to the Argentine people and Gallo’s relatives why the travel of this gendarme was authorized without informing the Venezuelan authorities, setting a serious precedent in the region and why in March of this year she said publicly that she was going to send gendarmes to Venezuela with objectives outside of International Law and the Law.
