Mining Union and Mexichem Flour agree to a salary increase

The National Union of Mining, Metallurgical, Steel and Similar Workers of the Mexican Republic, headed by Senator Napoleón Gómez Urrutia, and the Mexichem Fluor company agreed on an 8.5 percent direct salary increase for workers at the plant in San Luis Potosí . It will benefit hundreds of workers affiliated with section 332, who in the general assembly unanimously approved the proposal to increase their income through a personal, free, direct and secret vote. As part of the review of the salary tabulator of the collective bargaining agreement, it was reported in a statement that the mentioned increase was directly to the salary tabulated per man and per legal working day. The potosino miners thanked the efforts of the leader Gómez Urrutia, the commitment to seek better wages and working conditions for its members. The Mexichem Fluor company focuses on the exploitation of fluorite.
