The SNMPE added that to avoid collapse, it is necessary to encourage the inflow of capital, as this could increase oil production to alleviate the impact of the international cost of fuels. Finally, he said that it is urgent to adopt a public policy decision on the six exploration and exploitation contracts that are about to expire in the northeast.
