The Innovation Hub mining del Perú indicated that in the coming weeks it will launch a new toolkit, with the aim of facilitating innovation in said sector.
He stated that, in partnership with the Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas law firm, the toolkit will include formats for legal documents, guidelines and infographics, which can help mining companies to propose conditions on which they can innovate with a third party ( startups, suppliers, universities, among others).

“This is a project of two sessions, which will be done in a minimum of two months. The first will discuss good practices and barriers in the relationship with third parties to innovate, while the second will present a series of formats (confidentiality documents, term sheets, agreements) that can help or serve as orientation guides. to work on innovation projects in collaboration with a third party”, said Pamela Antonioli, general manager of the Hub.
He specified that the studio will contribute its experience in Venture Capital and Technology for the development of the toolkit, providing explanatory information for each key document format such as the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), initial Terms and Conditions Sheets (Term sheets), among others.
