“We cannot allow crude oil to reach the refinery at international prices, when all that resource is in the subsoil of our country. The same Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem), on more than two occasions, has sent the file to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to deliver Lot 192 to Petroperú”, he said during the statement of questioning in the Congress of the Republic.

However, Palacios maintained that said entity has presented observations and additional comments of a financial nature and is waiting for Petroperú to send the information.
