He considered that the solution should be found in another part of the Penal Code, which speaks of homicide with reduced reproachwith a penalty of five years. “That occurs in a situation like the one the merchant was in, typical behavior cannot be ignored,” he stressed.

The owner of the crazyHe started receiving death threats and fears for his life. The complaint was filed with the jurisdictional police station, which already ordered police guard in the area.
