Military helicopter falls in Colombia, at least four people died

A military food supply helicopter crashed this Sunday in the Quibdó area, capital of Chocó in Colombia, leaving at least 4 deaths.

Colonel Hector Alfonso Candelario, commander of the Joint Task Force, indicated that the device was completely burned and they found two bodies inside, the search continues for two more bodies that apparently jumped from the helicopter during its fall.

He explained that the helicopter was on a mission to supply food to the Joint Task Force in Quibdó.

President Gustavo Petro ordered the authorities to investigate the causes of this accident.

“A few minutes ago an Army helicopter crashed in Quibdó while doing supply work. I have given the order to the authorities to move immediately to the area to deal with the emergency and investigate the causes of what happened, ”said the president through his Twitter account.
