Six Haitian citizens, without any type of legal document for their stay in the country, were arrested through an immigration interdiction operation carried out by a military patrol, in the municipal district of La Colonia, in Duvergé, Independencia province.
The foreigners were identified as Geraldo Brutus, Yvon Romilus, Jean lysse Fresnaider, Louvens Louis, Rubbens Louis and Félix Jeans, who are suspected of being members of a powerful armed gang in their territory.
The group that attempted to enter the country irregularly was possibly linked to the deaths of police officers in Haiti, for which reason they were taken under military custody of the institution to the Malpaso Management Base, where they were handed over to the “Border Police of Haiti.” Haiti » (POLIFRONT), for strict purposes.
POLIFRONT immediately proceeded to handcuff them and drive them in an all-terrain vehicle to be taken to Port-au-Prince, the capital of that country, where they are being monitored for the bloody acts they are accused of.
