The act, scheduled for 5:00 p.m., will have the President as the only speaker and will bring together all sectors of the ruling coalition, with the impulse of the CGT and social movements.

This is a historical date for Peronism, which recalls the return to the country in 1972 of the former president and leader of the justicialist movement, Juan Domingo Perón.

“On a new anniversary of the day of militancy we are going to fill the Plaza again as our history marks. All united we will triumph,” says the convocation of the Justicialista Party, whose head of the National Council is President Fernández himself.

“At 3:00 pm we meet again in Plaza de Mayo,” the various officials of the national government posted on their Twitter accounts on the social network.

“With great fervor, we will remember one of the most important milestones in Peronist history,” said the Chief of Staff, Juan Manzur.

On November 17, 1972, General Juan Domingo Perón returned to Argentina after 17 years of exile, after the coup that in 1955 had overthrown him from the Presidency. Peronism remembers that date as a symbol of resistance and militancy, strengthened by almost 18 years of ban.

With regard to traffic in the Obelisk and Plaza de Mayo areas, the Buenos Aires government reported that “with the aim of improving the circulation of residents” in these parts of the city “operations will be reinforced to speed up traffic” and also “There will be constant monitoring to update applications in real time.”

From the Secretariat of Transportation and Public Works of the City, they reported that the mobilization affects the traffic in the perimeter comprised by Belgrano avenue, Leandro Alem and Paseo Colón, Corrientes avenue and 9 de Julio avenue from 2 p.m.

For this reason, the City suggested that drivers deviate along Avenida San Juan to the south and Avenida Del Libertador to the north.
