The renowned journalist Miguel Franjul put the work in circulation last night “The new dimensions of journalism”a compilation of opinion articles, where the author addresses the opportunities and challenges generated by the digital transformation for journalists.
The activity, held in a hotel in the capital, was attended by directors and executives of the media, businessmen, officials, high court judges and other personalities from the country.
Franjul, director of the newspaper Daily Listinsaid that journalism is immersed in a maelstrom of changes and that innovations and technological applications arise every day that force us to review the model, in order to make the necessary readjustments.
“This is a trial and error exercise, from which we cannot escape, if we want to be at the forefront of the new transformations,” Franjul said.

Franjul thanked all the people who made the publication of the book possible, especially the Banco del Reservas, which was the one that sponsored the work.
Samuel Pereiraadministrator of the financial institution, said that in the text Franjul offers his readers a selection of enlightening opinions, based on his solid experience and the wisdom that is only acquired in the daily and passionate exercise of a profession.

In the activity were also, businessmen Alfredo Corripio Estrada and Manuel Corripio Estrada, Roman Jáquez Liranzopresident of the Central Electoral Board (JCE); Alexander Vargasjudge of the Constitutional Court, and Jorge Subero Isaformer president of the Supreme Court of Justice, among others.
