The General Directorate of Migration (DGM) reported this Saturday that it has already restored the E-ticket filling service after a technical failure which affected access to the page.
The entity maintained that the technology team managed to normalize the operation of the platform.
Migration regretted the inconvenience caused by the failure and thanked the users for their understanding and patience.
He reiterated his commitment to continue working to offer a better service and strengthen its processes.
Furthermore, he indicated that will send a detailed technical report to the President of the Republic about what happened.
As he explained, since 05:00 in the morning they detected an intermittency at the entrance and exit of the access page to fill out the E-ticket.

During the failure, such as temporary measureauthorized the airlines to boarding passengers entering and exiting the country without filling out the documentin order to minimize the impact on users.
