More than 10 people were arrested for alleged links to sexual crimes.
A recent report from Migration Colombia revealed that, so far this year, the entry of 2,674 foreigners has been prevented, Of these, 230 intended to arrive in the country through the Rafael Núñez International Airport, in Cartagena.
Another of the data provided by the security agency reveals that 18 people from this group were on the Angel Watch list, a well-known intelligence-based program that produces a list of registered American sex offenders who travel abroad and who the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security considers that they could participate in child sex tourism.
Although the authorities did not reveal the identities of these inadmissible persons, they assured that the operations throughout the country continue, for example, in Medellín, they prevented the entry of 5 citizens who represented a possible condition of sexual offenders, This according to the analysis of the professional team.
