Michael Urtecho: PJ ratifies the 22-year prison sentence against the former congressman for salary cuts

The Permanent Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court ratified the sentence of 22 years and 5 months in prison against the former congressman Michael Urtecho for the crimes of concussion and illicit enrichment. This is due to having systematically cut the salaries of the workers in his congressional office for a total amount of 430,656 soles. The same fate befell his wife. Claudia Gonzalezwho was sentenced to 28 years for concussion, illicit appropriation, embezzlement and money laundering.
