Mexico rules out that the departure of foreign companies generates blackouts

Mexico, Feb 3 (Prensa Latina) Mexico today ruled out that a hypothetical exit of foreign private companies that operate the electricity sector and oppose the reform promoted by the government, could generate blackouts due to insufficiencies in energy dispatch.
