The Health Secretary (Ssa) updated to 6 million 735,095 the number of total confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the country so far during the pandemic. The death toll rose to 327,604, he reported in his daily report.
The new records imply that at the cut off of information an increase of 23,248 infections and 79 deaths from the coronavirus was known.
The agency reported that there are 184,205 active cases in Mexican territory (those who had symptoms in the most recent 14 days). The incidence is 141.6 among 100,000 inhabitants. Estimates 191,971 assets.
The 10 states with the highest incidence rates are: Mexico City (also in the lead in total cases) Baja California Sur, Colima, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Coahuila, Tlaxcala, Sinaloa, Nuevo León and Aguascalientes.
