The National Migration Institute (INM) confirmed yesterday that one of those detained for his alleged involvement in the murder of a federal immigration agent, perpetrated on December 30, 2024, had a Colombian passport, after the authorities of that country They denied having any information about it.
In a brief informative note, the INM reiterated that Carlos N, implicated by the authorities in the crime, was carrying a passport issued by the Colombian government, valid from July 7, 2022 to July 6, 2032, issued by the BTA authority. 100 STREET

Said statement was published, in turn, in response to the one published by the consulate general of Colombia in Mexico, in which he claims not to have information about the alleged participation of a national of his country in the death of a federal agent of the INM
