With the record number of remittances made by compatriots from the United States during 2022, Mexico became the second largest recipient of these in the world, surpassing China and only below India. At the same time, he presented a balance of different economic indicators in the country, such as the growth of the gross domestic product (GDP) that was 3 percent last year. He considered that it is a sample of the values ​​of Mexicans, our cultures. Look, those who go out of necessity to seek their lives and do not forget their families, nor do they forget their nation. Immediately, the President showed graphs with the growth of the indicators throughout his administration, such as the appreciation of the peso against the dollar, the growth of the minimum wage and its purchasing power, the jobs created and foreign investments, among others. .

He compared that while a country in economic crisis, with high unemployment rates, with low wages, without welfare programs, is a nation in distresswith a where there is hope to get ahead with work, with opportunities for advancement, people do not commit crimes, and that is peace.

Also, he pondered political stability, and added: Imagine what they are experiencing just for the interests of a minority of the so-called political class in Peru. Here there is freedom, there are demonstrations, people are cared for, but there are no major problems, we can go anywhere in the country, it is not a nation on fire, as our opponents would like.

Regarding the generation of jobs, he announced that at the moment there are 871 thousand more jobs than in February 2020, before the start of the pandemic, and he was confident that throughout 2023 the figure of 22 million formal jobs would be reached.
