Vaccination to combat flu and measles will be held, from this Tuesday (29), from 9am to 4pm, at the Pavuna subway station, neighborhood of the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The action is an opinion of the Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS) with the Metrôrio Concessionaire.
Tomorrow (30), also from 9am to 16th, vaccination will be taking place at Botafogo, Carioca (Center), Oceanic Jardim (Barra da Tijuca) and screening stations. The immunization points will be installed outside the departure and landing areas, allowing anyone to be vaccinated without having to go through the turnstiles.
SMS’s strategy is to bring vaccination to places of great circulation of people. During the action, in addition to the application of doses, health teams will guide passengers about the importance of completing the virus vaccination scheme, and questions about immunization.

To immunize, you will need to present an identification document and, if possible, the vaccination booklet.
Immunization against measles is intended for people aged 18 to 59 who are not vaccinated, or for those who are part of the age group up to 29 years old who have received only one dose, in order to complete their vaccination scheme with the second dose.
The influenza vaccine is for children from six months to under 6 years old (5 years, 11 months and 29 days), elderly 60 or older and pregnant women.
Immunizers are also available at 240 vaccination posts in health facilities and the Carioca Vaccination Center, Botafogo units (operation from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 10pm) and Campo Grande, located in Park Shopping Campo Grande, operation from Sunday to Sunday, according to the time of the shopping center).
