Metropolitans from Venezuela lost 0-1 to Wanderers of Uruguay in a match played this Wednesday in Caracas. With the match, the Uruguayans scored their first victory in the group stage of the South American Cup and left the locals last and waiting for a miracle to qualify.

In a first half in which it seemed that both teams would maintain the losing streak of the group stage, expectations were placed above all on Metropolitanos.
