Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) this Monday predicted little rain activity during the New Year’s Eve celebration to welcome the New Year, this Tuesday, December 31, although it did not rule out moderate downpours in some provinces.
The organization assured that an environment of little rain due to the presence of a high pressure system, which makes cloud formation difficult.
