He stressed that the Bogotá Philharmonic today “is not an orchestra, but there are 11 orchestras and in addition to that, it is a musical training program with 30,000 children in public schools and in the localities“, under the direction of Rubián Rubian Zuluaga, Assistant Music Director of the Bogotá Philharmonic and Juliana Peña, who was trained in the musical training project.

He related that in order to make the event a reality, “each orchestra had its director and they already know the instructions. In the end we put four cameras in front of the big orchestra and all the children, so that they could see the director in a large image and be guided”.
