A total of 20 players were summoned by the coach of the Panama Men’s Under-17 National Team, Leonardo Pipino, to play in the UNCAF Under-16 FIFA Forward Tournament, from May 17 to 24 in Costa Rica, at the FEDEFUTBOL Sports Complex and at the High Performance Center of the Alajuelense Sports League.
The national cast will be traveling next Wednesday, May 15 at 12:47 pm heading to San José, Costa Rica, to prepare everything for their debut in the competition.
The first game for Panama will be Friday, May 17 at 10:30 am vs. Puerto Rico.
Next, they will face Nicaragua on Sunday the 19th, at the same time.
To then finish their group stage against Honduras, on Tuesday the 21st at 2:00 pm.
All matches for Panama U-17 in this first phase will be in the CAR of the LDA.
The final date of the competition will be played on Thursday the 23rd with all teams defining positions, including the grand final of the UNCAF Tournament, starting at 2:00 pm, between the two leaders of their respective group.
The team will be completing its last training session before traveling this Tuesday the 14th, at 10:30 am at the COS Sports Plaza.
