The Vice President of the Planning Sector, Ricardo Menéndez, stated that Bolivarians are a historic movement for the transformation of a society. He made such assertions in the Massive Training Plan in Popular Planning “The Historical Project of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Blue Book.”
Menéndez stated that: “Our issue is not to have the traditional vision of a short-term plan or simply efficient management, our issue is the transformation of a Historical Social Formation, our issue is to transform Society.”
Great National Congress of the Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Historical Block
In view of the call made by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to hold the Great National Congress of the Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Historical Bloc of Venezuela for the 21st Century, the Sectorial Vice Presidency of Planning, through the Planning School Foundation, dictated, this Thursday, the Mass Training Plan in Popular Planning “The Historical Project of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Blue Book,” MPPP reported in a press release.
Menéndez stressed the importance of the debate on Commander Chávez’s Blue Book, the Constitution and the Constitutional Law of the Plan de la Patria, “the central parameter is the frank and sincere discussion of our people anchored in our historical roots.”
In this sense, he stressed that by addressing the Blue Book, “we will see that these brushstrokes are not a recent invention, it is a fundamental pending task as important as economic activation, as important as the Missions, as important as any aspect that we would like to raise.”
For his part, the president of the Venezuelan School of Planning Foundation, Ricardo Molina, said that the Historical Project of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Blue Book are topics that we must keep current in the construction of the new Homeland.
Likewise, Professor Luis Britto García stated that one must know the Washington Consensus, in order to understand what Neoliberalism is and to oppose it, “to fight it when necessary, it is a misleading document that leads countries to ruin.”
During this Plan, 30,190 people attended, reaching the figure of 4,185,121 participants trained in Popular Planning.
