A transparent, efficient and fully digitized management service, for the assistance of common problems of coexistence in housing condominiums, apartment buildings and corporate buildings. This is what the Bolivian app Mencargo.

Developed two years ago by young Bolivian entrepreneurs, Andrei Dueri, (CEO), Gabriel Peredo (COO), Gabriela Jiménez (CMO) and Gaby Aguilera (CXO)who saw that there was an important need to have a tool for condominiums adapted to the national reality and decided to take on the challenge.

Mencargo is a startup that provides an essential tool to each of the co-owners, administrators and security personnel of the condominiums and buildings.

The application makes more than 15 functionalities available to its users. Some of the most striking functions are: QR invitations, reservation of common areas, communications, claims managementvoting and surveys, registration of recurring visits and personal, neighborhood alarms, service providers, pet management and many others.

For example, thanks to the access control functionalities, all entries can be recorded and exits of people passing through a condominium or building. All this information is stored in an absolutely orderly and transparent way.

In the same way, it is possible to assign hours and days of visits generating an organized agenda for the users of the application, workers, clients and suppliers.

Therefore, it is that Mencargo promotes itself as: “The most complete application for condominiums in Latin America”. This statement is endorsed by many experts, who also state that the application has a very friendly and intuitive menu for the user.

Hard testing process and results

Knowing that it is important to provide the best service possible and to make a first impression that does not disappoint, Mencargo managers tested the application for a long periodlistening to the needs of its users.

In that period, they managed to detect and correct inconveniences that could have hindered the user experience. This painstaking work allowed the startup already has a presence in three cities in the country: La Paz, Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Tarija, and more than 2,700 homes.

So far, users of the application have already generated more than 130,000 invitations and have made more than 3,000 reservations of common areas. In addition, more than 35,000 expense payments are registered and more than 2,500 neighborhood alarms sent.

Some of the condominiums that are already using Mencargo services are: Playa TurquesaSanta Cruz de la Colina, Duo Tower, Las Brisas, La Fontana Riviera, LandTower (Tarija), San Alberto Urbanization (La Paz) and Green Tower (La Paz).

How to start using Mencargo?

Starting to use Mencargo is extremely simple. The board of directors or co-owners of a condominium should only contact the startup (through the website www.mencargo.net) and only a phone or computer with internet access is required at the gatehouse.
