Men who amputated two fingers of a debtor were arrested

Two individuals were arrested by CICPC agents after being reported as responsible for having amputated two fingers from a person.

The information was aired on Cicpc social networks, where it is specified that the detainees were registered as Keiver Azuaje (24) alias Monky and Luis Briceño (29) nicknamed Luigi.

These subjects subdued a 25-year-old man in Nuevo Horizonte, El Manguito sector, Sucre parish, Caracas. This person owed them 40 dollars and since he had not paid it, they took an axe and amputated the index and middle fingers of his right hand. Then with another knife (machete) they gave him several blows to his lower extremities, causing bruises on his body, says the Cicpc minutes.

The scientific police are searching for two other participants in the incident, identified as Oneil Ramos (23) and alias Omar.

After the arrest of Monky and Luigi, officers collected one of the knives used to commit the crime.

The detainees were handed over to the 21st Prosecutor’s Office of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Caracas for Common Crimes.
