In the Cardiology area, the hospital has several cardiologists who do not make guards. “That is the problem we have” Dr. Py said. “Cardiology, adult psychiatry, surgery, nephrology and urology were specialties that in the previous management some renounced for different reasons. What we are doing is bringing those specialists again. Pediatricians are working 7 days a week, surgeons too, urologists too, nephrologists also, but in cardiology they become polyclinic or see patients in room, whether they are pre -surgical They are admitted to different pathologies. He pointed out.
Beyond that, there is an ally that is the Camcel Sanatorium which is responsible for the care of those patients who arrive at the hospital with an emergency cardiovascular pathology, example infarctions or thorax pain. “We do an interconsultation with Camcel for us to move on.
