Meduca maintains decision to start construction of the Republic of Venezuela school

The Ministry of Education (Meduca) announced to the educational community of the Escuela República de Venezuela, that the evaluation commission published this Wednesday on the portal the evaluation report in which the fulfillment or not of the requirements of the public act of this campus was determined. education, as established by current regulations.

The Meduca made the bidding for more than $17 million for the project of study, design, development of plans and construction of the Escuela República de Venezuela and Instituto Comercial Bolívar, two construction companies participated in said act, however, they presented certain concerns, situation which has delayed the adjudication process.

The demolition of 4,500.00 m2 and the total cleaning of all structures is contemplated, including the foundations of the Escuela República de Venezuela (ground floor and two upper floors), in addition to 1,500 m2 of pavement demolition in the internal courtyard and 667.86 m2 of demolition and cleaning total paving on the perimeter sidewalk.

In the Bolívar Commercial Institute, 3,600 m2 must be demolished and the total cleaning of the ground floor and two upper floors, in addition, 1,100 m2 of pavement demolition in the institute’s internal patio and 614.83 m2 of pavement demolition on the perimeter sidewalk of the campus.
