The procedure was formalized through resolution 2303/2025, published in the Official Gazette. This criterion is based on: the applicant’s academic history. The average grades of other graduates from the same university. The institutional quality of the house of studies, according to international standards such as those of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME).
Those applicants who present an academic trajectory consistent with the score obtained in the exam will be exempted from paying again. On the other hand, those who cannot justify their performance will be summoned to an instance of revalidation.
