About 40 medical records they were injured in the hospital Honorio Delgado Espinoza in Arequipaafter the rupture of a water pipe that circulates through the roof of the Statistics warehouse.
They are medical records of dentistry patients and the unfortunate event occurred last Friday.

The servers had to place a bucket of water when they noticed the water leak. Workers reported that these connections were installed this year for dentistry offices, but it is not the first time that this type of incident has occurred.
In addition, they assured that the maintenance by the Regional Government of Arequipabecause it was only done in the hospital tower.
From the hospital address still no response on the incident that affected the clinical histories of the patients.
