The funds, according to the folder, are intended for municipalities in all regions of the country and were forwarded for bank processing. The states that received the most transfers are Bahia (R$ 47.3 million), Paraná (R$ 28 million), Ceará (R$ 25 million) and São Paulo (R$ 18.1 million).
