As of this Monday, July 11, the Ministry of Domestic Trade, led by Martín Pollera, updated the program of Cuts Carewhich establishes reference prices for the most popular cuts of meat.
With the update, the program It will be in force until next August 7, when the Government and businessmen will meet to establish the new increases to the list of Cuts Care.
Meanwhile, from the portfolio they reported that the products that will remain within the campaign of Cuts Care they will be: strip roast, the vacuum, matambre, skirt, the roast lid, buttock and shoulder.
The values set by the Government correspond to each cut per kilo. In the case of the Patagonia region, where boneless cuts are sold, the values must add a 6% differential.
These cuts will be available in the main supermarket chains throughout the country, from Monday to Friday; this, thanks to the agreements recently reached between businessmen and the Government.
