Before the broadcast, the father of the victim, Ulysses Cornejofiled a protection appeal to prevent the broadcast of the program.
Cornejo filed the appeal, through his lawyer, before the Court of Appeals of Valparaíso, with the aim of protecting the mental integrity of the family of the deceased minor, slogan emmol.
