Gustavo Gil, president of the ACCC, clarified that it is a project that will take shape if the contagion curve drops with the help of mass vaccination.
However, he specified that due to the magnitude of the holiday “nothing can be improvised”, which is why the carnival plan was approved, as do regions of neighboring countries and even Oruro.
