“We are living in very difficult times.” With this statement, the mayor of Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Luis Astudillo, referred to the death of a 19-year-old boy this Thursday as a result of a bullet impact in the town of La Victoria; located in the commune of the Metropolitan Region.
