With the modifications in his cabinet, The official seeks to optimize the work to meet the stipulated objectives and projects in its Development Plan.

As part of the restructuring, several officials have left their positions, while others have been appointed to new responsibilities in other agencies. In addition, there are new names that are added to the local government team.
Cabinet modifications:
1. Edward Amayawho held the position of Secretary of Government, will be the new manager of Strategic Projects.
2. Leandro Veracurrent manager of Ibagué Camina, will assume the Government Secretariat.
3. Carlos José Corralwho served as manager of Strategic Projects, will be the new manager of the Urban Manager.
4. Gabriel Penalosauntil now Manager of the Urban Manager, leaves his position.
5. Tirso Bastidashead of the Legal Office, also leaves his position.
6. Maria Alexandra Guarnizowho led the Contracting Office, will also leave his position.
New additions:
1. Miguel Angel Aguiar will be the new head of the Legal Office.
2. Sebastian Fonseca will occupy the direction of the Contracting Office.
It is important to mention that before the end of 2024, Mayor Johana Aranda mentioned that she would evaluate the way her cabinet is functioningwith the purpose of making the necessary changes to start 2025.
