The head of the block of deputies of the Frente de Todos and a reference of La Cámpora, Maximum Kirchner, will make his presentation this Saturday as head of the Buenos Aires Justicialist Party in an act that will unfold in the Quinta de San Vicente, where the remains of Juan Domingo Perón rest.
From the Peronism it was highlighted that in the act, which will take place from 10:30 in the fifth of Lavalle to 800 of the San Vicente party, they will participate referents of all sectors that make up the Frente de Todos.
In this sense, on Wednesday the PJ Provincial Council made a strong call for unity during a Congress attended by national and provincial ministers, mayors and legislators.
Thus, the presentation will be attended by Governor Axel Kicillof, his vice Verónica Magario, and all the Peronist mayors.
Máximo Kirchner will assume for the period 2021-2025 in the party body of the most important electoral district in the country, after being elected last May to head of a list of unity that brought together all sectors of the FdT and that are made up of ministers of the national and provincial Cabinets, union members grouped in the different workers’ centrals and camper leaders.
Last June 19, at a complex moment of the pandemic and with the validity of prevention measures to avoid contagions, the justicialismo of the province of Buenos Aires held a massive virtual congress that endorsed the election of the parliamentary head of the FdT in Deputies as the new head of the party Council.
To guarantee the representation of the majority of the sectors of the FdT, the ministers Gabriel Katopodis (Public Works) and Jorge Ferraresi (Territorial Development and Habitat), in addition to the former minister of the province Government, Teresa García and the Buenos Aires deputy governor Veronica Magario.
The mayor of Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, along with Karina Menéndez, Juliana Di Tulio and Liliana Schwint were registered for the female branch, while the union branch includes Esteban Sanzio, Vanesa Siley, Omar Plaini, Humberto Bertinat and Walter Correa.
Thus, the deputy Máximo Kirchner will be the successor of Gustavo Menéndez-Fernando Gray, mayors of Merlo and Esteban Echeverría, respectively, who took the reins of the party in 2017, when Peronism was coming from a legislative defeat in the province of Buenos Aires before the then ruling alliance Let’s Change and they held a rotating presidency.
