Jonathan Mastropierrothe young man accused of being part of a plot against Gustavo Penadés in the case for which the legislator is being investigated for sexual abuse of minors, said that after being publicly identified by the legislator, he suffered various consequences in his daily life.
“I have been through a thousand situations because of this guy,” Mastropierro told El Observador, adding: “They really wanted to ruin me. They asked me to verify my income, they blocked my account, they did a lot of things to me and all because of contacts and political movements. The police have stopped me here around the house to ask for papers, they have harassed me. The prosecution knows everything and I have documented everything,” he said.
He then indicated: “I’ve been through a thousand situations because of this guy and because what he’s trying to do is shut me up. Since he found out three weeks ago to now he’s been making war on me, you don’t know… I don’t want to be dramatic and say They are going to kill me, but you don’t know…”.
Mastropierro announced that he will denounce Senator Gustavo Penadés for having paid him to have sexual relations when he was a minor, but the Prosecutor’s Office is already investigating his case.
Mastropierro told El Observador that he told the prosecutor that he did not intend to denounce him, but that he had access to the prosecutor’s file from the beginning, that he appointed a lawyer, and that his identity was confidential. These are exclusive rights of victims and do not include witnesses.
In fact, in the interview on Azul FM, he handled information regarding the filming of the high-rotation hotel where it is suspected that Penadés attended with underage men, an issue that arises from the folder.
Sources in the case told El Observador that Mastropierro is considered by the prosecution as one of the nine victims.
